Kingdom.
Inside the production.
Andreea Bostanica’s English-language dark pop single brings together the production contributions of Horia Stan and Dael Damsa. Released through The One Records on April 17, 2026.

A shared musical direction
Lana Del Rey was the reference for the vibe behind “Kingdom”. In his account of the project, Horia describes a collaboration in which Dodo focused more on composition, while Horia’s production contribution centred on sound design. Lana Del Rey was a musical reference, not a collaborator on the release.
From sound design to the final master
Horia Stan, a music producer and sound engineer based in Bucharest, contributed to music production and sound design and handled recording, mixing and mastering. The work took place at The One Records studio in Timpuri Noi, Bucharest.
The project was made in Logic Pro X, with a Neumann TLM 102 used for recording. Horia places the master’s loudness at approximately −9 to −8 LUFS. This is his estimate of the finished master, rather than a new measurement of the audio.
